MHC GRADUATE INTERN
Maybe youβve been feeling overwhelmed by your emotions, stuck in the same patterns, or unsure why you react the way you do. You might find yourself overthinking, being hard on yourself, struggling in relationships, or knowing that something needs to change, but not quite knowing where to begin.
I am a Mental Health Counseling Graduate Intern at Passages. Through our work together, you will learn to feel more grounded, more self-aware, and better equipped to navigate difficult emotions and everyday challenges. Rather than feeling controlled by old patterns or unsure of yourself, you can begin to understand what you need, trust yourself more, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes in your life.
You donβt need to walk into therapy knowing exactly whatβs wrong or what needs to change. Sometimes the first step is simply being willing to get curious about yourself.
My therapy superpower isβ¦
I believe that greater self-awareness can open the door to meaningful change. I can help you explore the thoughts, emotions, experiences, and patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck. You can develop healthier ways of coping, helping you feel more confident making choices that reflect the life you want to create.
My approach in therapyβ¦
I believe getting to know yourself is part of creating change. Therapy gives you a space to feel understood, explore whatβs beneath the surface, and discover where you might be ready to grow.
Clients describe me asβ¦
Warm, non-judgemental, and calming. I will meet you with compassion and validation, but also gently challenge you when it can help you see something differently. I believe therapy can hold acceptance of where you are today and the willingness to work toward something different.
