I embrace the phrase “progress, not perfection.” Healing is not always linear. I will be there to celebrate your success as well as the backslides and difficult moments, with equal energy and care. I believe in using practical coping skills that can be applied to day to day living and consider each client’s personal goals and needs when reviewing tools and strategies.
